The needle position adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment member 430 which is rotatable with the center axis of the nozzle 122 at the center, and a rotation position setting member 450 for setting the position of the front piston 170 along the center axis of the nozzle in correspondence to the angle of rotation of the adjustment member.
