Zusammenfassung:	A furrow opener apparatus includes a furrow opener body. A tip is removably attached at to the furrow opener body, and the tip defines a channel with an input opening at a first face of the tip and an output opening at a second face of the tip. A rigid liquid fertilizer pipe is fixed to the furrow opener body and has a discharge end extending into the input end of the channel such that liquid fertilizer can flow through the liquid fertilizer pipe and through the channel and out the output opening. The apparatus can be configured with the rigid pipe fixed such that when the tip is removed, the liquid fertilizer pipe pulls out of the input opening of the channel, and when the tip is installed the pipe engages in the input opening.
