Les produits, une fois quils sont déposés dans les moules et quils sont en déplacement, sont inondés, par le haut, de rideaux dhuile à friture chaude et prennent ainsi la forme des moules tout en cuisant. Les produits alimentaires sont démoulés à la fin du rail dacheminement et sont déplacés vers une autre station de traitement.
