The equipment comprises means for preparing an area of the skin and means fo r applying energy to said area, both means being integrated into the same equipment. The means for preparing an area include an emitter of ultrasounds and/or low frequency dermabrasion which breaks up the laminar organization o f lipids and reduces the dispersion of irradiated energy, altering the ultrastructure of the lipid layer of the cornea. The means for applying ener gy comprise an emitter which emits laser light and polarized light or intense pulsed light without polarization and polarized light or intense pulsed ligh t with polarization and polarized light. The ultrasound transmitter comprises a spatula which is disposed in the area to be treated and which cleans the surface layer of the epidermis, wherein said spatula is previously impregnat ed with topical and/or pharmaceutical agents by means of an atomizer.
