Further, the use of this composition for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, particularly tumor diseases is disclosed. La présente invention porte sur une composition pharmaceutique comprenant comme agent actif un inhibiteur de l'activité de HER3, notamment un anticorps contre HER3. En outre, l'invention porte également sur l'utilisation de cette composition destinée au diagnostic, la prévention ou le traitement de maladies hyperprolifératives, notamment des maladies tumorales.
