A hub locknut is attachable to the conductor egressing end of the hub on the opposite side of the wall to secure the hub to the wall. The locknut includes circumferentially spaced raised flat surface portions adapted to be engaged by a tightening tool for rotatably tightening the locknut to the hub. The raised spaced surface portions define slots therebetween having tapered sidewalls which are adapted to be engaged by the blade of a screwdriver for rotatably tightening the locknut to the hub by impacting the screwdriver with a hammer.
