The pharmaceuticals are suitable for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases of the immune system, especially of tumors, infections and/or autoimmune diseases of the human or animal body and for use as adjuvants for vaccines. Some of the compounds of the formula I are new; the compounds can be prepared by special processes.
