The circular shrouds of the stator are secured to the metal shell reinforced in the junction zone with radial ribs, and further secured to additional radial ribs spaced with respect to the radial ribs of the metal shell, the ends of the reinforcement rings of the reinforced concrete shell being built in the additional radial ribs. The ends of the reinforcement rings are attached to the additional radial ribs along the tangent to the circumference of the particular reinforcement ring which tangent passes through a point located at a distance "1" from the place where the metal shell is secured to a stator shroud, the distance "1" being determined by a ratio 1/h = 0.6 -0.8 where "h" is the height of the stator shroud as measured along the normal to the metal shell in the zone where the metal shell is secured to the stator shroud. The proposed invention ensures a reduced input of metal for the assembly of hydraulic machine foundation parts.
