ADJUVANTES VACINAIS, FORMULAçãO VACINAL, USO DA FORMULAçãO VACINAL E ESQUEMA DE IMUNIZAçãO A presente invenção se relaciona com o campo das composições vacinais para o tratamento efetivo ou prevenção de infecções fúngicas, virais, protozoárias ou bacterianas (preferivelmente intracelulares) e câncer. O objetivo técnico que se persegue é obter adjuvantes para uso em vacinas profiláticas ou terapêuticas utilizando proteolipossomas bacterianos e derivados destes, que ao serem aplicados junto a antígenos inseridos em sua estrutura, conjugados o mesclados a estes induzam uma resposta de linfócitos T citotóxica contra dito antígeno. Desta forma obtém-se formulações múltiplas do proteolipossoma ou seus derivados com antígenos heterológos, que ao serem aplicados por via parenteral ou mucosal (preferentemente nasal) induzem respostas citotóxicas. Este novo uso dos proteolipossomas e seus derivados e as formulações antigênicas resultantes são aplicáveis á obtenção de novas vacinas na indústria farmacêutica.
