EPI - EPIBATYDINE DERIVATIVES

The invention relates to compounds having the general formula where R means lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aryl-lower alkyl or heteroaryl-lower alkyl, the indicated group, optionally, being substituted by one or more lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, low cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aryl-lower alkyl, heteroaryl-lower alkyl, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, phenoxy, halogen, halogen-lower alkyl, amino-, mono- or disubstituted amono-, amido- and/or sulphonamide substituent(s); and R' meaning hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower cycloalkyl, lower cycloalkenyl, lower cycloalkynyl, aryl-lower alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, halogeno-lower alkyl, hydroxy-lower alkyl or acyl; and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid adjunctive salts, having very strong analgetic effect. The compounds with tha above formula are new, provided that R is different from 6-chloro-3-pyridyl when R' is hydrogen.
