description This method and device are used in grinding, polishing, etc. It increases productivity and reduces production expenditures. The method consists of micro cutting of the superficial layer by abrasive bodies under the form of suspension, which is continuously exchanged. The treatment is carried out by moving the treated bodies along a friction surface, during which the abrasive grains and the treated surfaces are located in a magnetic field with apparent frequency of 0.1 to 25 Hz. The device contains cassettes (1) for the treated pieces (2) in the form of cogwheels, and forming a planetary mechanism (5). Bilaterally to the cassettes are statically-located cast-iron pressers (7 and 8), while at the point of contact of the treatment surfaces, a system for closed circulation of the abrasive suspension is included. The bottom, non-working surface of the bottom cast-iron presser is fitted with sources (11) of magnetic-driving pressure, forming a unipolar, closed magnetic system.
