description These methods may be widely applied in human medicine, the food industry, cosmetics and in scientific research. It is carried out using non-pathogenic, highly productive producer strains. The enzyme, obtained by this method has high yield and high activity. According to the method, strains of the species of Streptomyces Fradiae B-45 and B-15, registered with The National Institute for Drug Control under No. 58 and No. 103, and known as producers of the antibiotic Thylosine, are cultured on a nutrient medium containing the following, in %: up to 10 of carbon source, up to 15 of nitrogen source, up to 3 of inorganic or organic acid salt and water. The cultural liquid obtained after completion of the fermentation is cleaned from the micelles and is purified through ultrafiltration and diafiltration. The enzyme is directly isolated from the diafiltrate by precipitation in organic solvents or lyophilization, or is additionally purified by precipitation in an inorganic salt. Then the precipitate is cleaned from the salt by dialysis or reverse osmosis, the dialysate is lyophilised, or the enzyme is precipitated in an organic solvent and is separated from the dialysate.
