The thickness of the cross section of the spikes (3) being in the form of an irregular rhomboid is reduced to zero evenly from the base (1) to the top. The ratio between the lengths of the small sides of the rhomboid to the length of the bigger sides is 1:1.5. The spikes (3) are bent from their middle to their tops at an angle of 20° to 40°.
