DEVICE FOR ADDITIONAL ADJUSTMENT OF PRESSURE IN THE OPERATING CYLINDERS OF THE LIFTING FORKLIFT TRUCK MECHANISMS

The device guarantees the opportunity for the high-reach mechanism to operate to nominal height "Nh" with rated load Qn, and from height "Nh" to Hmax, the high-reach mechanism can transport loading having weight of less or equal to Qp. The device includes an electromagnetic one-way hydraulic distributor (1) with a safety overflow valve (7), and is mounted parallel to the safety overflow valve of the basic hydraulic distributor (3) of the lifting mechanism. Safety valve (7) of device (5) is adjusted for a pressure corresponding to load equal to the reduced Qp for the respective lifting height. When the load reached a height equal to "Nh", the electromagnetic distributor (1) has been actuated and the pressure in the system is already controlled by valve (7) of device (5), duly adjusted for a load equal to the reduced load Qp. The electromagnetic distributor (1) of device (5) remains actuated in zone from "Nh" to Hmax, which means that until reaching height "Nh", loads of weights equal to Qn can be transported, loads weighing of less or equal to Qp can be operated in the "Nh" zone. 1 claim, 4 figures
