description The method and the system can be applied for the activation of rockets and ground generators based on radar information. The system comprises a mobile command post (1), in which a meteorological radar station (2) is mounted, system for data processing (3), computer configurations (4) for automatic and manual servicing, programme products (5), system for connection (6) between the command post and the posts for the activation of rockets and generators, plane-table (7) with fixed position of the command post and the posts for the rocket activation and generators over the territory protected by the system and unit for autonomous supply (8). Posts for the activation of rockets and generator - both mobile and fixed are also organized, in which the technical devices for controlling the effect are installed. At each stationary post (9) the following are mounted: a launcher (10), remote control board (11), unit (12), signalmen devices (13), lightning protection installation (14), rockets (16), and generator (17). Each of the mobile posts (18) is positioned on a special platform (19) on which the technical devices are mounted, in the same manner as in the stationary devices. The method of usage of the system consists in the way of the distribution of the stationary and mobile posts for the activation of rockets and generators and their servicing in the performance of different type of readiness for affecting any potential aims, as well as for the deployment and the communications between the command post and the mobile and the stationary points for rocket and generators activation. 10 claims, 3 figures
