MILLING HEAD FOR ANGLE GRINDING MACHINES

The milling head is designed for making grooves of different depths, widths and distances between them. It finds application in the woodworking industry, in the treatment of ceramic materials and in the household equipment industry. The milling head includes an inner (1) and outer (2) milling disc, fitted in a safety jacket (3). A thrust bushing (7) is fitted on the outlet axle (5) of the angle grinding machine (6), the width of its connection stage (8) is approximately equal to the uncut part (9) of axle (5). Close to stage (8) a thrust flange (10) is fabricated, to which the inner milling disc (1) is pressed. On its other side spacer washers (11) of different thicknesses are arranged, followed by the outer milling disc (2). Discs (1 and 2) and the spacer washers (11) are fixed by a securing bushing (12), which, by means of female threading (13) is connected to the outlet axle (5). A holder of a handle (15) is fitted to the safety jacket (3), by means of a securing screw (14). To the front part of jacket (3) and on both its sides guiding rolls (16) are fitted. 1 claim, 1 figure
