The compounds in which X is sulphur may be obtained by the following reaction in which R3 is C 1 -C 4 alkyl the NaOH, if desired, being replaceable by another suitable acid acceptor. The products in which X is O may be prepared by the following reaction scheme wherein R3 and R4 are C 1 -C 4 alkyl, the reaction being preferably carried out in the presence of a solvent. The products have insecticidal and acaricidal properties, and may be used in admixture with solid carriers or with liquid diluents and optionally surface active agents to form pesticidal formulations of conventional type. |
