Zusammenfassung:	Provided in the present invention are a substituted pyridazinone compound and the use thereof. The substituted pyridazinone compound is a compound represented by general formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a prodrug, a hydrate or a solvate, a polymorph, a stereoisomer or an isotopic variant thereof. The compound of the present invention can be used in the preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating diseases related to thyroid hormone dysfunction. The compound has a strong THβ selectivity, good pharmacokinetic parameters and an ideal compound stability. Furthermore, the activation activity on THβ is significantly enhanced and the selectivity is improved.
