Zusammenfassung:	This operation assistance device includes a calculating unit that calculates, in order to satisfy predetermined constraint conditions based on matters attributable to energy demand facilities and/or matters attributable to energy supply facilities, constraint conditions of which at least one is imposed on each of a plurality of energy supply facilities, and an output unit that displays an operable region in which the predetermined constraint conditions can be satisfied and an inoperable region in which the predetermined constraint conditions cannot be satisfied on the basis of at least one constraint condition, and also in conjunction therewith displays information indicating a current operation state of the plurality of energy supply facilities, and a postulated operation state that is a state different from the current operation state.
