description The present invention discloses a walnut peeling, cleaning, drying, cracking and kernel extracting integrated processing production line and method. According to the technical solution, the integrated processing production line includes a peeling and cleaning device, a microwave electric heating type drying device, and a cracking and kernel extracting device. The peeling and cleaning device includes an opposite diagonal extrusion type peel stripping device and a frictional cleaning device below the peel stripping device. Microwave transmitting devices are arranged inside the microwave electric heating type drying device, and an air supply heating device is arranged at the bottom of the microwave electric heating type drying device. The cracking and kernel extracting device includes a feeding positioning device, a cracking device and a hull-kernel separating device. Walnuts are discharged through vibration of the feeding positioning device and conveyed to the cracking device through a chain plate conveying device. The cracking device includes a primary cracking device and a secondary cracking device. The primary cracking device includes knocking hammers. The secondary cracking device includes a helical drum. The cracked walnuts achieve hull and kernel separating under the negative pressure of the hull-kernel separating device. The integrated processing production line integrates functions such as walnut conveying, peeling, cleaning, drying, cracking and kernel extracting, thereby improving the walnut processing efficiency.
