description An employee concierge system (ECS) including a processor, an issue detector, coupled to the processor, to determine an issue for an employee, wherein the issue is determined based on one of a query received from the employee and occurrence of an unusual event associated with the employee, the unusual event being indicative of deviation in one of a routine of the employee and a behaviour of the employee over a period of time, a session controller to receive the issue and initiate a session corresponding to the issue, a dialog manager, coupled to the session controller, that parses the issue to determine a context of the issue, and selects a bot from amongst multiple bots for the issue, wherein the dialog manager sends the session to each of the multiple bots, receives a confidence level from each of the multiple bots, wherein the confidence level is calibrated for each bot and is indicative of a capability of processing the issue, and determines the bot with the highest confidence level for solving the issue of the employee, wherein the session controller maintains the session as continuous and uninterrupted for the employee, when the dialog manager sends the issue to each bot and receives the confidence level from each bot, and a central database, coupled to the dialog manager, to store data from each of the multiple bots and contexts for multiple sessions, wherein the selected bot collects data from at least one of the central database, and other bots from amongst the multiple bots, the data being associated with the issue, analyses the data to determine the solution, the solution including one of a response to the query and a suggestion to mitigate the unusual event including extension of the period of time of the deviation, and provides the solution to address the issue. flU) < U) CD WU L U) -j 0 0 wU z wi wU H z 0U 0 < < z 0 (9 oz 0 _ CO D 0 0 0U < W 0 0)c D U L WU U) - i 0 0 -iU)Z w W w
