Steam blanching sterilization treatment can reduce bacterial growth and ensure product safety; gradient heating germination provides a material basis for GABA enrichment by promoting protein degradation into free amino acids; high temperature and low oxygen enrichment can activate glutamate decarboxylase through environmental stress, achieve GABA enrichment. The supporting equipment system includes a feeding hopper, a grain cleaning machine, a steam sterilizer, a conveying device, a germination bin, an enrichment bin, and drying equipment, which provide equipment support for the pollution-free, additive-free, and industrialized production of GABA highlandbarley.
