In order to better develop, utilize and protect the ocean and marine resources, this invention provides active power temperature control equipment for deep-sea submerged buoy system (Battery thermal insulation cabin). This active power temperature control equipment is mainly comprised of 6 parts with reasonable structure and strong activity, including, power supply module, withstand voltage module, passive heat preservation module, active heating module, temperature control module and phase change energy storage module. The battery thermal insulation cabin is comprised of 5 parts, including pressure-resistant spherical shell, double-layer cylindrical tube, end cover, partition board and thermal insulation power supply battery.The pressure-resistant spherical shell is responsible for external pressure bearing, and the double-layer sleeves are fixed with polyurethane inside. A new type of phase change material paraffin RT60RT58 is added between the sleeves. The sleeves are separated by partition plate. The upper part of the partition plate is power supply battery and the lower part is heating power supply. When the temperature drops, the temperature control system starts to work to keep the temperature in the battery compartment, thus ensuring the normal operation of submerged buoy system. This invention has reasonable structure and good mobility.
