The preparation method comprises: mixing bone charcoal powder, earthworm excrement, mica, potash feldspar and alkaline phosphatase production bacteria agent to obtain the seedling substrate. The seedling substrate of the present invention can effectively reduce the contents of heavy metals in the soil, improve plant growth performance, reduce plant oxidative damage, and reduce plant heavy metal contents.
