description The present invention discloses a sleeve valve pipe grouting device based on an elastic film and a grouting method thereof, wherein, in the grouting device, the elastic film is provided to sleeve an outer wall of the sleeve valve pipe and is placed, together with the sleeve valve pipe, within a drill hole to be grouted and solidified; a sealing part is provided at a top end of the drill hole so as to seal the drill hole; the elastic film and the sleeve valve pipe are closed up by the sealing part; a solidifying material is squeezed so as to be discharged from a grout outlet to a space between the sleeve valve pipe and the elastic film, and then is discharged through the discharge hole to a space between the elastic film and an inner wall of the drill hole so as to penetrate into the soil body. The drainage valve is connected to the drainage part so that the pore water of the soil body is squeezed by the elastic film and thus circulates through the drainage part to the drainage valve for being discharged. The present invention significantly enhances the reinforcement effects by the solidification effect of a solidifying agent to the mucky soil as well as the expansion of the elastic film which compresses the mucky soil and efficiently squeezes out the pore water inside of the soil. Meanwhile, the drainage valve can effectively control a drainage amount of the pore water, thereby reducing the ground surface sedimentation and displacement caused by soil reinforcement. Fig.1
