Zusammenfassung: | The present invention makes it possible to further atomize hydrogen peroxide mist supplied to a room to be decontaminated and disperse and diffuse the same, and thus to supply an appropriate amount of the hydrogen peroxide mist to the room to be decontaminated, thereby achieving a perfect decontamination effect, and reduce the time of processes such as aeration, thereby improving the efficiency of the decontamination operation. This decontamination system is provided with a mist generation means, a mist release port, and a mist dispersion/diffusion means. The mist generation means forms a mist from a decontamination liquid to generate a decontamination mist. The mist release port is open to an upper portion of an inner side wall surface of the room to be decontaminated and releases the decontamination mist into the inside of the room to be decontaminated. The mist dispersion/diffusion means generates ultrasonic acoustic streaming in a perpendicular direction from the surface of a vibrating plate disposed in the vicinity of a lower portion of the mist release port on the inner side wall surface of the room to be decontaminated or in the vicinity of a lower portion of the side wall surface in the mist release direction, and applies a pressing force of an acoustic radiation pressure intermittently or at high and low levels to the decontamination mist from the rear or side thereof. |
