Zusammenfassung:	Devices, systems, and methods for high frequency chest wall oscillation (HFCWO) therapy can enhance expectoration by preferred impact to the user to encourage mucus dislodging, including by successive pressure imposition to a chest engagement device to provide HFCWO. A chest wall oscillation therapy system of the present disclosure may include a chest engagement device for communicating impact force to a patient's chest and a force generator arranged to generate successive force of impact as a therapy regime for the patient. The chest wall oscillation therapy system additionally includes a therapy control system comprising at least one sensor arranged to detect an indication of a breathing pattern of the patient.
