Zusammenfassung: | A color stable Mn* doped phosphor having a composition selected from the group consisting of (A) A2[MF]:Mn*, where A is selected from Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH 4, and combinations thereof; and where M is selected from Al, Ga, In, and combinations thereof; (B) A3[MF]:Mn, where A is selected from Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH 4, and combinations thereof; and where M is selected from Al, Ga, In, and combinations thereof; (C) Zn 2[MF]:Mn*, where M is selected from Al, Ga, In, and combinations thereof; (D) A[In 2F7]:Mn* w here A is selected from Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH 4, and combinations thereof; (E) A2[MFe]:Mn*, where A is selected from Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH4, and combinations thereof; and where M is selected from Ge, Si, Sn, Ti, Zr, and combinations thereof; (F) E[MF]:Mn*, where E is selected from Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, and combinations thereof; and where M is selected from Ge, Si, Sn, Ti, Zr, and combinations thereof; (G) Ba.e5 Zro.3 5F2 . 7 :Mn* 4; and (H) A3[ZrF 7]:Mn* where A is selected from Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH4; and (1) combinations thereof; wherein % intensity loss of the color stable Mn* doped phosphor after exposure to light flux of at least 80 w/cm2 at a temperature of at least 50°C for at least 21 hours is 5 4%. |
