Provided are an image processing-based system for measuring moisture and light transmittance, and a method for measuring moisture and transmittance using same, the image processing-based system for measuring moisture and light transmittance being characterized by comprising: coated paper which is coated under the same coating conditions as the coating conditions for a metal material; an imaging box part for imaging the coated paper to obtain a first image; a microscope for imaging the coated paper to obtain a second image; and an RGB value determination program for obtaining the RGB value of each of the obtained first and second images, wherein moisture permeability is evaluated from the RGB value of the first image, and light transmittance is evaluated from the RGB value of the second image.
