Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a fully mechanized coal mining face equipment detection and control method, which utilizes an infrared imaging principle to detect main easy-to-damaged mechanical equipment by means of infrared imagers, and determines the position of a 5 shearer and the postures of rocker arms in cooperation with the joint use of temperature indication labels; and the position of the shearer and the postures of the rocker arms are transmitted to a data processing module via a communication module, and the data processing module directly controls a hydraulic support to act according to the received information. The interference of on-site environmental factors on the present invention is 10 less, and the present invention is real-time, highly efficient and reliable in operation, and has wide practicability. |
