The mounting panel portion (2) includes multiple mounting panels formed into a box beam shape. The base plate portion (4) forms an egg-crate structure. The structure connection portion (60) includes a plurality of tubular members (64A, 64B) that connect to longitudinal members of the mounting panel portion (2), and a plurality of plate portions (62) that facilitate fixation of the assembly to ceiling structure. 6157944 I:LKM
