Dual rotational and axial load pick-up element

The invention relates to a device for transmitting torques to a polished rod and for accommodating axial loads of a polished rod and/or a hollow shaft for a borehole pump. The transmission of the torque and/or the accommodation of the axial load is ensured by a dual-action integral device.
