description | The invention relates to a method for recognising hot targets on the earth, by means of at least one satellite. Said satellite comprises at least one sensor which is used to detect carious spectral channels in the IR-spectrum, an on-board-navigation system which his used to detect position and orientation data of the satellite, and an emission unit which is used to transfer data to a receiving station which is located on the earth. The invention is characterised by the following steps: a) a system correction of the deleted data in the various spectral channels is carried out by means of radiometric and geometric calibration files stored in the satellite, b) the hot targets on the ground are detected in the multi-channel rapid method, c) the detected hot targets are georeferenced by means of the position and orientation data of the satellite and the geometric calibration files, d) the georeferenced detected hot targets on the satellites are intermediately stored, e) the intermediately stored targets are transferred by means of the emitting unit and f) the transferred targets are received and graphically processed in at least one mobile, portable receiving unit (10). |
