According to the invention, the rotor (32) can be rotated about the axis of rotation (A), is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the blade (33), and revolves around the axis of rotation (A) along with the blade (33) during operation of the knife (1). The disclosed knife has an improved design such that the blade is easier to drive and the knife is easier to handle.
