Zusammenfassung:	A water-spreading plastic material, comprising a plastic base having a water-repellent surface and having coated thereon: (1) an adhesive comprising a non-water-soluble, organic solvent soluble and essentially non-swellable polar group containing polymer and, (2) a water-spreading layer adhered to said base by said adhesive, being composed of colloid particles selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide, a metallic oxide, and a mixture thereof.
