Zusammenfassung: | The method involves forming an envelope from a blank for conferring bottom (5'') and side walls (5''') that define an opening, where the walls form upper flaps of the envelope. Food product is introduced into the envelope. A cover plate (6) is applied on the product so as to close the opening. The envelope is hot-sealed on the plate by folding and sealing the flaps on an outer face of the plate via induction heating of the envelope, where the sealing of the envelope is performed through hot activation of adhesive (6') at a sealing interface between envelope's inner face and the outer face. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a sealed package containing liquid or fluid food product, comprising an envelope (2) an installation for manufacturing a sealed package containing liquid or fluid food product. |
