Zusammenfassung:The invention concerns an ohmic heating device (1) comprising at least a heating chamber (2) defined by walls, two of which consist of parallel conductive plates (3, 4) spaced part by a selected distance. Said chamber (2) further comprises an intake (9) for introducing a fluid proximate to a first end of the plates and an outlet (10) located proximate to a second end of the plates, opposite to the first end, to collect the fluid after it has flowed between the plates, parallel thereto, and means for supplying the plates with electric current, such that the fluid is heated in the chamber, by ohmic effect, when flowing parallel to the plates (3, 4).
