The treatment agent quantity applied by the dosing device and the moisture regulating device are adjusted in such a way that the moisture of the web lies at a certain point on a certain level and the moisture profile corresponds to the desired profile. The treatment web is rolled up with a rewinder (3) to a roller and conveyed as roller to the treatment to the repeated roll calendering to which the treatment web is led directly. The moisture is regulated with a profiling or non-profiling dryer by speed change of the web. The maximum quantity of the treatment agent corresponds to 1g/m 2>of the drying agent of the treatment agent in the end product per product surface. The treatment agent consists of a starch containing surface glue and of a polymer based treatment agent or other suitable chemicals. Two propagations are formed for the web between the final drying roller and the rewinder and/or calender. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for the production of multiple roll calendaring paper, carton or other fiber product; (2) procedure for raising the processing grade of an available production line producing a multiple roll calendaring fiber product; and (3) multiple roll calendaring paper.
