The human existence is based on communication since God created man because man is social in nature and this has helped to create societies and the formation of relations between individuals within one society and from it to the sporadic relations between the gatherings and hence the concept of international relations developed by the evolution of human life and its social and political systems Economic and international relations in ancient times is not as it is today, as the actors are not the same as they are not the same power lost International relations have witnessed radical developments in terms of the scope of interactions and diversity of their issues and problems The concept of the relationship International organizations such as the United Nations, the European Union or regional organizations such as the League of Arab States and others. These developments were not a vacuum, but were the result of factors and events, most notably the first and second world wars and their implications. The factors influencing the form of international relations have not remained the same without being affected by these developments. There have been many internal ones of the state itself or foreign affairs, especially the international system and its implications for international relations in general.
