Professor doctor Ibrahim khalid Ahmad Al-Alaiff is considered one the dirtinguis had teachers of modern history because of his high identity and role in Academic life both in Iraq and Arab countries, this is why we are so inferested in him while he is still alive. He is the best and son of Mosul city which has a brilliant history and civilization . He gave a very beautiful and brilliank picture of Mosul city through his hard and serious word on Mosul university and other Mosul cultural institutions. So he deserved such a study as a comprehensive researcher and history man who devoted his life to document the life, activity and of history Mosul city.
