In this paper, we introduce the concepts of initial fuzzy vector topology, the initial fuzzy semi-normed (normed) vector space and we prove that the initial fuzzy vector topology has a base at zero. 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification : Primary 54A40, 46S40.
