No cytotoxic effects were observed by this concentration, and this is considered the first step in the work positively and in the continuity of testing the extracts on human by pharmacy and medicine colleges.
حضرت المستخلصات المائية الحارة و الكحولية الباردة و الحارة لـ Lycium sp. و أجريت الكشوفات النوعية لتحديد التركيب الكيميائي العام، كذلك استخلصت أطياف المنطقة المرئية و فوق البنفسجي. اختبرت الفعالة الضدمايكروبية للمستخلصات بطرية الانتشاربالأكار. استخدمت خلايا الدم الحمراء لتحديد السمية الخلوية للمستخلصات بتركيز 500 ملغم / مل و لم تلاحظ تأثيرات سمية باستخدام هذا التركيز، إذ يعتبر هذا الخطوة الأولى في إيجابية العمل في الاستمرارية في اختبار المستخلصات على الإنسان من قبل كليات الصيدلية و الطب. |
