The Tri-service Joint Working Group on Drug Dependent Degradation of Military Performance (JWGD3 MILPERF) has been given responsibility for developing and implementing a program to screen medical chemical defense pretreatment and treatment drugs. The screening program is based on a multiple level assessment of performance. This report provides a description of the hardware and software environment that is being developed in support of the Level II Unified Tri-service Cognitive Performance Assessment Battery (UTC-PAB). The objective of the present effort is to establish a performance assessment system (PAS) that will promote standardization and interoperability, and provide a vehicle for establishing an interlaboratory communications and data network among the participating JWGD3 MILPERF military and civilian contractor laboratories.
