Qualitative Reasoning Model to support Sustainable Development decision making – Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve Environmental System case study

The paper presents the detailed Model documentation of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve Qualitative Reasoning Model1, one of the QR Model case studies defined in the FP6 NaturNet–Redime project.The model documentation has two parts: the DDBR QR model components Implementation into the specialised QR workbench: Garp3 software, and the model scenarios Simulation results. QR model serves end users to learn about specific conditions to be fulfilled by the modelled system in order to contribute to increased publicinvolvement as called for in the EU Strategy of Sustainable Development.
