Zusammenfassung: | The syndrome of emotional burnout (SEB) can be regarded as a kind of psychosomatic deformation of persons who are forced during the execution of their duties closely communicate with people. The emergence of the specified symptom can be caused not only the intensity of communication in the professional sphere, but prolonged tense relationship in the family and community at presence of difficult patients, material and adverse domestic conditions etc. The aim of the study – summary of factors which contribute the occurrence of the syndrome of emotional burnout. Materials and Methods. We examined the emotionally labile individuals with hypersensitivity, with intense psycho-emotional activity in the professional sphere. Results and Discussion. Factors occurrence SEB include: personal and organizational. Tendency to develop SEB largely is determined by the individual characteristics of behavior. SEB development associated with the presence of intense psycho-emotional activity, destabilizing organization of operations, psychologically severe contingent. Men have higher scores in depersonalization, than women. They are more susceptible to emotional exhaustion. Doctors have an increased risk of SEB. There are certain groups of doctors who tend to extra stressful influences, especially female doctors; doctors practicing in remote and inaccessible areas. One of the first places on the risk of SEB occupies nurse profession. Between nurses SEB occurs faster than in doctors. The risk of emotional burnout smaller in people with the following features: good health, conscious, purposeful care of their physical condition experience successfully overcome professional stress and the ability to constructive change in stressful conditions; ability to form and maintain an optimistic regarding installation by themselves and other people and life in general. SEB prevention means include: continuous development, have a such life rule – not to live for other people, but more concentrate on your life, physical activity good relationships with family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, etc., the ability to deny, rationalize art, psychological removal, restful sleep. Conclusions. SEB – is a global phenomenon that essentially limits the physical and mental resources of man. Existing preventive measures contribute to significant reduction the risk of these dangerous disorders. |
