360 orate, del peso vivo medio di 30,7 g, sono state suddivise in 6 gruppi ed alimentate per 8 settimane con razioni diverse per contenuto e qualità dei lipidi. Gli alimenti somministrati sono stati caratterizzati per la composizione chimica ed il profilo acidico dei lipidi totali. A fine prova, su 10 orate per gruppo, sono state determinate la composizione chimica e acidica dei filetti. I primi risultati mostrano una scarsa influenza della fonte lipidica sulla composizione acidica dei filetti di orata e alcuni valori mostrano differenze statisticamente significative |
