Zusammenfassung: | •Sinonasal salivary gland tumors are very rare usually malignant in nature. Among them, mucoepidermoid carcinomas with clear cell variations are even more scarce. So, their diagnosis is quite challenging.•Herein, we report a rare case of a clear cell variant of mucoepidermoid carcinoma involved in the sinonasal tract.•It is arduous to diagnose such cases since salivary gland and non-salivary gland tumors share a similar morphology histologically.•Auxiliary studies along with case reports can be helpful in highlighting the essential characteristics of these rare entities which will further help in timely intervention. |
