Zusammenfassung:This study aimed to determine the differences in midwives’ knowledge, attitudes, motivation and abilities regarding maternal health care after an intervention. This was an experimental research study with a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest design with a control group. The sample of this study was 66 midwives in Jeneponto Regency; 33 midwives comprised the control group, and 33 comprised the treatment groups. The sampling technique was purposive. This study was conducted at six primary health care in Jeneponto Regency.
