Zusammenfassung: | The objective of this study was to analyze through a critical review, the representations of indigenous childhood evidenced in the ethnographic records of Roquette-Pinto in the book: "Rondônia" (1919). In this ocasion, the author participated in the expedition in the Serra do Norte located at the time in the states of Amazonas and Mato Grosso, under the Rondon Commission.
