Han llegado aquí por la mayor oferta de estudio y trabajo que esta ciudad ofrece. Gozan de una cultura compuesta por rasgos andinos en convivencia con elementos de una cultura oficial difundida a través de la radio, la televisión, el cine y el video que se reproduce en una dinámica urbana en expansión. |
